Fiuran Properties

We started with a series of strategy sessions to properly understand Fiuran's business, their customers, and what success looked like for both. From there, we focused on three things: user experience, distinctive design, and a backend that actually worked for the team using it.

Before any design work began, we mapped out the different journeys visitors would take through the site — whether searching for a property, learning about the area, or getting in touch — and built prototypes around each one. The goal was simple: make it effortless for people to reach what they came for, while making the experience genuinely enjoyable to use.

We built mobile first throughout, recognising that most property searches now start on a phone, and held regular feedback sessions with the Fiuran team to keep the design aligned with what they actually needed.

We wanted Fiuran's website to stand apart from every competitor in the area — and it does. A northern lights graphic runs through the design, giving the brand a strong sense of place, paired with a vibrant green against black, white, and grey for a bold, memorable identity. The result is a site that feels premium, local, and unmistakably Fiuran.

Behind the scenes, Fiuran needed to upload new properties, make edits quickly, and manage enquiries from people getting in touch through the site. We built a clean, intuitive editing experience and delivered hands-on training so the team could manage everything confidently from day one.

We're continuing to monitor how visitors use the site, looking for opportunities to refine and improve the experience further as real usage data comes in — making sure the website keeps working as hard as Fiuran does.
